Paul Immanuel

Paul Immanuel is the founder and CEO Of Immanuel Consulting Services, LLC. His experience is primarily in technology, but he also has experience in operations, manufacturing, and vendor management. His technology experience includes years in hardware design and development, software design, and as a Technical Architect and the lead in several major initiatives over a long career at IBM. He keeps up with technology and is focused on reducing long-term technology costs for companies. Proficient in multiple operating systems, he can help your company reduce operating costs through the efficient use of technology. His strengths are particularly strong in telecommunications, data networking, and workflow management. He has supported the financial, telecommunication, pharmaceutical, and utility industries. He has published in journals, has multiple patents, and is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars. Paul is an electrical engineering graduate of North Carolina State University and has had additional master’s level education in electrical engineering and computer science. 

Paul is a naturalized American citizen and is very patriotic and loves to help the American defense infrastructure and the businesses that cater to the American military. Paul is a member of the North Carolina Executive Roundtable (NCER) where he serves on the board of Directors. Paul is also a Life Senior Member of the Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers (IEEE).

Paul is also active in community and church affairs. He has served on the board of directors of Guiding Lights (a caregiver support center in Raleigh, NC); and currently serves on the board of Transitions LifeCare (founded as Hospice of Wake County). He is an elder at Blacknall Presbyterian Church, teaches an Adult Sunday School class, and sings in the church choir.

►As Chief Operating Officer (COO), enabled decision-making procedures of logistics and inventory budgeting for $7 million wholesale wine start-up by balancing sales demand against domestic and overseas DI container lead times and storage limitations. Developed new supplier portfolios and streamlined processes in compliance with state and federal requirements, this allowed pre-sales and mitigated cash flow risk.

►Personally selected by executive management, promoted to establish, and lead a new services region. Built strong productive teams through recruiting, careful hiring, and retaining talent, motivating strong customer commitment by measuring, decision making driven by facts, action orientation, and results/ rewards focused reinforcement. Exceeded revenue targets 6 years straight, including three top honors for earnings, more than doubled the business.
